Job Description:

Internship position in Corporates and Institutional Banking (Global Network Banking), assisting Relationship Managers and Relationship Support Managers with administrative tasks, document preparation, and client interaction, focusing on global trade, receivables finance, and corporate banking support.

Job Responsibility:

Assist Relationship Manager/ Relationship Support Manager with administrative tasks as assigned, such as scanning documents, printing documents, claiming expenses, obtaining bank chops on documents, booking air tickets, accommodation, restaurants, arranging logistics for meetings, seminars, events, and delivering and receiving documents and materials
Preparing presentation slides, reports, filing simple forms, providing information and materials to customers, collecting information and documents from customers, vendors, business partners, authorities, and public sources, and updating information in the Bank systems

Requirements:

Being a student from universities/educational institutions (not graduated yet)
Ability to intern full-time in 6 months
Have a recommendation letter for their internship period from universities/educational institutions
