This role is ideal for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, digital sales environment and is passionate about delivering an excellent online customer journey. As an Internet Sales Executive, you will support customers at the start of their online vehicle-buying journey through our partner platforms. You will engage with a wide range of customers, providing tailored quotations, guiding them through the online purchase process, and offering accurate information to support the purchase of new vehicles from our Volkswagen and Audi dealerships. You will act as the first point of contact for online enquiries, virtually meeting, greeting, and qualifying customers via online chat, email, and telephone, with the aim of generating high-quality sales opportunities and referrals for our dealerships.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly and professionally to online customer enquiries
Qualify customer needs and provide personalised vehicle quotations
Guide customers through the online purchasing journey
Deliver qualified sales leads and referrals to Volkswagen and Audi dealerships
Maximise enquiry conversion through effective communication and follow-up
Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
Requirements:
Strong computer skills and confidence using multiple digital systems are essential
