We are seeking a skilled individual to support enterprise customer order management and circuit inventory activities within Vodafone’s global Internet network. This role focuses on validating customer orders, designing solutions, building circuits, booking resources, and planning migration activities. The position requires hands-on expertise in transmission, DWDM, OTN, IP network design, and managing end‑to‑end customer connectivity in alignment with project requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Manage customer order inventory and design activities for enterprise orders within Vodafone’s Internet network
Prepare detailed solution design documents and migration plans for complex customer projects
Plan and design network inventory across Transmission, DWDM, OTN, and IP network routers
Understand customer access methods and CPE termination to support circuit build and last‑mile access design
Deliver end‑to‑end solution design for enterprise order fulfilment, liaising with customer teams to review updates and changes
Participate in UAT assessments for new inventory demands and develop automation scripts to support project simplification
Provide continuous feedback to project teams and adapt to evolving project demands and inventory systems
Drive customer migrations by coordinating with provisioning, field engineers, and network engineers through the change management process
Collaborate with GNED teams to support delivery objectives and maintain cross‑functional alignment
Manage stakeholder expectations, handle priority requests, and resolve escalations
Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the team
Requirements:
Extensive experience in enterprise customer order management and network inventory planning/design
Hands‑on design experience in telecommunications installations focused on transmission and access
Strong knowledge of inventory systems including Cramer, MORI, Amdocs, and workflow tools
Proficient in interpreting network demand and engaging with global customers to support decision‑making
Familiar with enterprise LAN/WAN solution design, including redesigning customer connectivity for project needs
Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively in multinational teams
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with high attention to detail
Broad understanding of enterprise customer network products and solution design best practices
5–7 years of telecom industry experience in customer order and inventory management
Engineering/Science graduate with relevant technical expertise
CCNA certification or equivalent expertise
Experience with OSS/BSS environments, particularly AMDOCS/Cramer
