Job Description:

Are you a tax pro eager to dive into managing international workforce processes? For our client, a prominent international company with its shared service center in Prague, we're bringing on a new team member for their global mobility crew.

Job Responsibility:

Managing tax procedures, ensuring adherence to all company guidelines for global mobility
Advising on and handling monthly/annual compensation reporting, working closely with key partners (like payroll and corporate tax)
Evaluating fresh concepts, process tweaks, and internal policies tied to tax regulations
Coordinating taxes for international tax authorities
Preparing reports, analyzing data, and tracking tax compliance within global mobility
Collaborating with project managers, local HR contacts, external tax advisors, and the payroll team to guarantee smooth compensation payouts for expats
Mentoring colleagues on tax-related subjects and processes

Requirements:

A strong understanding of expat services, global mobility, and tax
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Solid Excel skills
