We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented International Total Rewards Regional Support to join the team in Amsterdam, Netherlands; Brussels, Belgium; Frankfurt am Main (Neu-Isenburg) Germany; Madrid, Spain; Paris, France; London, UK; Rome, Italy or Warsaw, Poland. This role will support the Boeing International Total Rewards team by acting in a support capacity for our TR leaders in Europe, UKI and METACA as well as chief of staff duties for the broader team. Total Rewards regional support will include market and trend analytics, development of Total Rewards policies and processes, survey submissions, market range development, and general implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, processes ensuring locally competitive programs that meet business objectives. Chief of staff duties to include LEAN focal responsibilities, management and maintenance of team resources, and project planning duties. Role will participate in Global and Enterprise projects as well.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the ongoing development and delivery of compensation and benefit programs
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses, research and data collation to support compensation and benefit projects
  • Establish and execute annual benefit communication plans
  • Support education and communication on compensation and benefit matters
  • Maintain, Draft and coordinate new and updated Policies/ Pay Practices documentation. Provide interpretation on Policies/ Pay practices as required.
  • Keep abreast of changes to relevant laws and initiate action necessary to keep Policies/Pay Practice up to date.
  • Establish implementation schedules and coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Payroll, Communications, HR, Legal, Timekeeping) to implement domestic benefit changes
  • Compile data and respond to benefit surveys
  • Coordinate compensation approvals, deviations or changes
  • Participate in local/international project teams with cross-functional representation
  • Manage and maintain team resources with a LEAN mindset including OneNote, SharePoints, and servers.

Requirements:

  • Relevant HR and Total Rewards experience
  • Experience working in a dynamic Global Company across various HR, compensation or benefits programs and strategies
  • Experience with HR, compensation and benefits strategy, programs and projects
  • General knowledge of applicable Compensation and Benefits Practices, Market Trends and application of required local labor laws as it relates to Compensation
  • Skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data

  • Proven ability to engage and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders globally through calls and discussions
