Job Description

Manuchar is looking for an International Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our global tax team. This position is based at our headquarters in Antwerp. In this role, you will ensure the effective implementation of our transfer pricing policies, advise on international tax matters, and support cross-border business initiatives. You will manage end-to-end intercompany pricing processes, contribute to compliance and documentation, and play a key role in analyzing risks and opportunities. This position offers significant exposure to international corporate tax and transfer pricing challenges, giving you the opportunity to grow into a trusted specialist within our global organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide technical tax advice on cross-border topics, restructurings and financing arrangements
  • Monitor international tax and transfer pricing developments and assess the impact on the commercial operations
  • Ensuring the implementation of defined transfer pricing policies
  • Utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to assess and interpret transfer pricing throughout the entire Manuchar group
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive models and reporting to communicate impact to the broader business
  • Conducting thorough reviews of intercompany data and keep documentation up to date to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to analyse business operations and identify potential transfer pricing risks and opportunities
  • Providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders on transfer pricing matters, including documentation requirements and best practices
  • Support international tax compliance and reporting obligations across all jurisdictions where Manuchar has a presence
  • Developing an excellent working relationship with the local affiliates to demonstrate the importance of tax

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • An advanced degree in Tax is preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international tax and transfer pricing, with practical experience in operational transfer pricing, preferably within a Big 4 environment
  • A solid understanding of transfer pricing principles, methodologies and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with complex cross-border structuring and tax advisory
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation and documentation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
