As a Digital Marketing & Omnichannel Associate Manager, you will be a member of the International Marketing Team ensuring that websites and digital platforms are appropriately maintained, updated and running smoothly and in line with company policies and guidance. You will also be part of supporting our ongoing Omnichannel development and set-up in close alignment with all relevant functions. Together with members of the International and country Marketing Teams you will support and manage digital campaigns and content plans of a growing web multi- and omnichannel engagement execution. You will also be involved in the decision-making process for channel deployment and execution. This role reports to the Director, Marketing Oncotype DX, International.
Job Responsibility:
Working closely with International Marketing and country marketing teams to execute digital activities based on the brand engagement planning and therefore digital implementation of the corresponding tactical plans
Manage internal and external parties involved in the presentation of marketing specific digital content
Contribute to building a state-of-the-art omnichannel environment for international and our country teams
Utilize all digital assets to ensure all Exact Sciences policies, including legal and compliance, are met
Oversee the implementation of campaigns and projects in a matrix organization
Manage digital marketing (paid and owned channels) from planning to analysis, including testing and execution
Coordinate the delivery of creative elements for digital campaigns, defining and ensuring the delivery of images, videos, or graphics
Optimize day-to-day SEO web content optimization to resonate better with the target audience and improve engagement
Organize and execute CMS tasks (e.g., Sitecore, Veeva) and other relevant digital marketing tools
Operate with concepts like UX and UI testing and visitor web journey
Explore new opportunities and strategies in the digital paid media landscape
Demonstrate willingness to learn new technologies and implement digital marketing innovations
Requirements:
Hold a degree in Economics, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, or equivalent
Alternatively, possess a degree in Computer/Data Science or Health Sciences with relevant professional experience
Bring at least 3+ years of professional experience in digital media, or digital marketing, ideally in the Healthcare sector
Fluent in English is a must incl excellent writing skill
Other major European languages like German, French, and Scandinavian languages are a big plus
