Job Description:
Responsibilities: Own and drive international sales growth across assigned global regions and markets. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize target countries, regions, and industry segments for expansion. Develop market entry strategies, including distributor/agent selection, onboarding, and performance management. Build, manage, and expand relationships with distributors, agents, key accounts,opening new markets, or growing international revenues and strategic partners. Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in international markets. Lead commercial negotiations with distributors and customers, including pricing, contracts, and commercial terms. Maintain full ownership of the international sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting. Provide clear visibility of sales achievements, such as successful distributor development, new market entry, or revenue growth. Coordinate closely with internal teams (applications, engineering, operations, marketing) to ensure effective solution positioning and delivery. Adapt sales approaches to different cultural, regulatory, and business environments. ... Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously across regions and time zones. Conduct international customer visits, presentations, negotiations, and regular distributor reviews. Monitor global market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs,client visits and industry events. Ensure consistent brand representation, professionalism, and customer satisfaction across all international markets. Conducting customer training on the existing product range and new innovations.
