As an International Sales Manager representing the Ship Loader/ Unloader business, you will drive sales and business development of the market segment Ship Loader/ Unloader in the region of South America (SAM) and Middle East Africa (MAI) and as a strategic role to enhance & strengthen the cooperation as well as communication between the BU and our region.
Job Responsibility:
Achieve the sales targets of the market segment Ship Loader/ Unloader in the market area assigned (SAM & MAI) and establish and use appropriate reporting tools (e.g. CRM)
Responsible for the development of customer specific quotation concepts with the involvement of internal and external experts
Responsible for the assurance of complete information transfer between the relevant departments involved (Quotation, Engineering, Technology, Design, etc.)
Build trusting customer relationships by supporting and consulting them in technical, technological, and business matters
Requirements:
Technical degree or equivalent
alternatively, university degree in business administration with technical focus
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the international sales of capital goods preferably in one of the following fields: technology-based industries, processing, or plant engineering
Excellent communication and negotiating skills in English and Portuguese (Arabic is a plus) with good cross-cultural awareness as well
Organized work style, high flexibility, and stress management capabilities
Willingness to international travel (>50%)
