Sales Executives report to our Director of Apparel Sales and will be a key contact, supporting our customers and sales team. With time in the role, there is opportunity for career progression and management of additional areas.
Job Responsibility:
Identify potential customers within the fashion and apparel industry
Promote the company’s fabric collections, including waxed cotton fabrics
Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Respond to client enquiries and provide fabric samples and quotations
Support customers in selecting suitable fabrics for their products
Research market trends in fashion and textile sectors
Identify new brands, manufacturers, and distributors
Support marketing activities such as trade shows and product presentations
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer relationship management
Sales and target-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of fabrics or textile industry (preferred)
Minimum of five years’ experience in a sales environment
Valid passport & availability to travel overseas to meet potential clients/suppliers (once per month)
