We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven International Sales Executive with experience in handling US customers. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of auto parts, handling inbound/outbound calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound & outbound calls with US customers for sales of auto parts
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Close sales deals and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Upsell and cross-sell auto parts to maximize revenue
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Maintain sales data and updates in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
Handle objections and provide effective solutions to customers
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of international sales experience (mandatory)
Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Experience in voice process (US/UK sales)
Target-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of auto parts and car brands
Familiarity with CRM tools / Excel / Google Sheets
