Job Responsibility:
Identify and generate own leads through research, cold calling, and networking
Reach out to senior decision-makers across relevant industries to pitch conferences
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities
Telephonic pitching with KPI targets
Negotiate pricing, packages, and contract terms to close deals
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system such as Hubspot
Collaborate with the production team in Malaysia to align sales strategies with event objectives
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
1-2 years of relevant experience
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Cold calling experience is considered an advantage
Willingness to learn across multiple business sectors
Ability to think creatively, cohesively and outside the box
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude
Computer literate
Resilient and able to work under pressure
Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure
