We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven International Sales Executive with experience in handling US customers. The role involves driving sales of auto parts, managing inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers for auto parts sales
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Close sales deals and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Maintain and update sales data in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
Handle customer objections effectively and provide solutions
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of international sales experience (mandatory)
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Experience in voice process (US/UK sales)
Target-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of auto parts and car brands
Familiarity with CRM tools / Excel / Google Sheets
Any graduate or undergraduate
Willing to work night shifts (US timings)
Comfortable working from office
