Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our International Sales team on a fixed-term contract through to the end of August 2027. This role is focused on delivering a high standard of service to international students, agents, and customers, while working collaboratively with colleagues across the business. The successful candidate will support international students throughout their booking journey via phone and email, helping with enquiries, explaining policies, and providing guidance on accommodation bookings. You will also work closely with international agents, assisting with bookings and responding to a variety of enquiries. The role also involves delivering customer support across multiple communication channels, including phone calls, email, and WeChat. Depending on business needs, the focus may vary between B2B and B2C customer support.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide excellent customer service to international students and agents, supporting them with accommodation bookings and enquiries across phone, email, WeChat, and webchat
  • Build positive relationships with students, agents, and colleagues while handling queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently
  • Process bookings, payments, and general administration tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurate and compliant with GDPR regulations
  • Support sales and marketing campaigns while helping to improve sales performance across B2B and B2C channels
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support wider business goals and share market feedback

Requirements

  • Native Chinese speaker with fluent written and spoken Mandarin
  • Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with customers and colleagues
  • Flexible approach to working hours to support customers in China when required
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or administrative role
  • Positive, adaptable, and self-motivated approach to work
