We are seeking a skilled professional to provide 24x7 first-line support for Vodafone’s International Roaming platforms. This role focuses on alarm monitoring, incident and fault management, triage, and coordination across resolver teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The position supports critical roaming services including SS7 signalling, LTE, VoLTE, 5G, CAMEL and Value Added Services, ensuring optimal customer experience across global markets.
Job Responsibility
Monitor and troubleshoot international roaming services to ensure seamless operations
Manage proactive and reactive incidents in line with agreed SLAs
Perform first-level triage and coordinate with cross-functional resolver teams throughout incident lifecycle
Analyse network performance and address KPI degradation or customer complaints
Support continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities within operations
Work on core network technologies including 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE optimisation
Ensure effective incident communication and reporting for stakeholders
Requirements
Engineering graduate with 5-10 years of experience in roaming technologies
Strong understanding of core network technologies such as SS7, LTE, SMS/SMPP
Experience with core platforms including STP and DRA/DEA
Knowledge of roaming platform interworking with traditional core networks
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-focused environment
