Job Description:

This a newly created role at a high-performing Syndicate in their Reserving team with a focus on regulatory reporting and SII for international business, with ad-hoc growth projects, loss-ratio planning, and business planning. This role reports into the Reserving Lead and will also work closely with the Chief Actuary, and have support from actuarial analysts in the team. This position will have full ownership over the businesses SII reporting through peer-review work and working with the internal finance and wider actuarial teams. You will also have the opportunity to report findings to the board. Whilst this role will have a regulatory focus, you will not be limited to doing purely that work as this team pride themselves on the breadth of opportunity that they offer throughout the team, and have had no turnover in recent years for this reason.
