We’re looking to hire an International Recruiter for our Operations teams (including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, and Fraud).

Job Responsibility

  • Lead hiring for critical high-volume roles
  • Source strong talent
  • Act as a full-cycle recruiter from sourcing, screening, managing the candidate through interviews, and closing
  • Juggle a variety of roles at once
  • Assist with developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics
  • Iterate on candidate feedback
  • Uplevel the recruiting team
  • Build scalable processes
  • Emphasize diversity

Requirements

  • 2+ years of supporting hiring for Operations teams (including Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Fraud, and/or Business Operations), in high-growth startups or at fast-paced companies of scale
  • You know how to hire at high volumes, balancing quantity and quality
  • You're comfortable operating as a full-stack recruiter
  • You're a sourcer at heart
  • You're comfortable with ownership
  • You provide an incredible candidate experience
  • You’re extremely organized and can balance multiple competing priorities
  • You are data-focused
