Future Leaders Programme – International Pricing Manager (SPARK) | Admiral Group. Join Admiral’s International Pricing team and accelerate your path to senior leadership. You will apply thoughtful problem-solving, creativity, and strong collaboration skills to solve complex business needs. You’ll join our Strategic Pricing and Risk (SPARK) Programme - a fast-track professional development initiative tailored for MBA graduates, focused on building future expertise in pricing, data, and risk. The SPARK Programme Offers: 6 - 9 months of dedicated training to understand our Pricing, Data, and Risk functions; On-the-job learning through projects with real business impact; Exposure to senior stakeholders, including the C-suite. Projects may include launching new products, implementing technologies, exploring new data, or addressing country-specific challenges.

  • Review pricing structures and past performance to support risk management

Requirements

  • MBA from a top business school
  • Strong numerical skills supported by academic or professional experience
  • A strategic mindset, demonstrated through past experience (e.g., consulting, project management, or data-focused roles)
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian (required for Local Operations route, and highly desired for the International Pricing Team route)
