Job Description:

CVS Health is seeking a Non-US Accredited Foreign Pharmacy Graduate to join as an International Pharmacy Intern. This role involves completing a US Internship to develop essential pharmacy skills, gaining licensure, and contributing to patient care in a retail pharmacy work environment. Responsibilities include customer service, pharmacy operations, leadership, and compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates should hold a PharmD degree or equivalent from a Non-US accredited institution, possess strong communication skills, and meet applicable licensing requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Greet each customer in a courteous and professional manner
Assist all pharmacy and front store customers with their questions and concerns
Ensure patient confidentiality
Comply with federal and state laws
Adhere to CVS workflow
Process prescriptions
Resolve third party rejections
Assist with inventory management
Engage with healthcare professionals
Train and develop pharmacy staff
Facilitate team culture
Communicate with Field Management and Corporate

Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
Doctorate (PharmD) or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a Non-US accredited school of pharmacy
active Pharmacy Intern license in state where district is located
Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy
Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours
Strong communication and presentation skills
Regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
Ability to lift and exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally
