Job Description:

The role involves working as a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate to complete required US Internship hours. Responsibilities include assisting customers, ensuring regulatory compliance, inventory management, and supporting pharmacists under supervision. The program is designed to prepare candidates for US Pharmacist licensure.

Job Responsibility:

Greet each customer in a courteous and professional manner
assist all pharmacy and front store customers with their questions and concerns
answer telephone with a warm and friendly greeting
adhere to CVS workflow and ensure standards are maintained at all times
process prescriptions
resolve third party rejections
ensure all inventory management policies are followed
participate in all required store operational meetings
coordinate/implement the training and development of Pharmacy Support Staff.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
Doctorate (PharmD) or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a Non-US accredited school of pharmacy
active Pharmacy Intern license in state where district is located
strong communication and presentation skills
regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
physical ability to lift and exert up to 20 lbs of force occasionally
complete all required training and obtain required licensure.

Nice to have:

Eligibility to immunize
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
