Job Description:

CVS Health offers an opportunity for Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduates to complete internship hours required for pharmacist licensure in the United States, with a focus on patient care, leadership, and practice management.

Job Responsibility:

Greet each customer in a courteous and professional manner
assist pharmacy and front store customers with questions and concerns
maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA and company standards
comply with all federal and state laws
process prescriptions including translation of SIG codes, product selection, counting and measuring drugs
perform approved register transactions
answer telephone with a warm and friendly greeting
support inventory management and replenishment
deliver additional health care services allowable by state regulation
assist supervising pharmacist in dispensing drugs and reviewing prescriptions
support supervising pharmacist in monitoring compliance
lead with heart to display empathy and compassion
adapt to change
collaborate with team
align others around CVS Health's purpose
ensure adoption and management of patient care programs

Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
Doctorate (PharmD) or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a Non-US accredited school of pharmacy
active Pharmacy Intern license in state where district is located
strong communication and presentation skills
foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy
pharmacist licensure in the state in which the position is based within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours
have regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
complete required training and obtain required licensure within guidelines
lift and exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
