Job Description:

This role involves delivering patient care, managing pharmacy operations, adhering to regulatory requirements, and developing skills under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Candidates will be required to complete US Internship hours within 18 months and obtain pharmacist licensure within 120 days of completion.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure patient safety
perform pharmacy professional practice
comply with regulatory requirements
maintain quality assurance
provide excellent customer service
manage inventory
oversee workflow excluding final prescription verification
support Pharmacy manager in motivating, inspiring, and developing their Pharmacy Support Staff
identify business opportunities and drive growth
adapt to change and thrive in dynamic healthcare settings
foster team culture
apply pharmacy knowledge to drive healthy outcomes

Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development
Doctorate (PharmD) or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a Non-US accredited school of pharmacy
active Pharmacy Intern license in the state where the district is located
eligibility to immunize
0 to 3 years of prior related work experience
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
strong communication and presentation skills
ability to have regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
physical capability to lift and exert up to 20 lbs occasionally
digital literacy
