Job Description:

As a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate, you will complete required US Internship hours, develop pharmacy knowledge and skills, and be prepared to pass licensure exams. Responsibilities include patient care, regulatory compliance, pharmacy operations, customer service, and leadership. The role emphasizes professional development and career growth.

Job Responsibility:

Greet each customer in a courteous and professional manner
assist pharmacy and front store customers with questions and concerns
answer telephone with a friendly greeting
process prescriptions including translating SIG codes and selecting products
resolve third party rejections
comply with all federal and state laws, rules, and regulations
support supervising pharmacist in dispensing drugs and monitoring compliance
participate in required store operational meetings
maintain pharmacy department cleanliness and organization
complete training programs and licensure within guidelines
lift up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
Doctorate (PharmD) or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a Non-US accredited school of pharmacy
active Pharmacy Intern license in state where district is located
0 to 3 years of related work experience
eligibility to immunize
Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy prior to beginning Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program at CVS
pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours
strong communication and presentation skills
regular and predictable attendance including nights and weekends
ability to lift and exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).

3 to 5 years of related work experience.
