Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery of exciting international student programmes! This role is all about aligning student strategy pillars, streamlining toolkits, and leading the creation of a reward and recognition programme that makes a real impact across schools. You'll be part of a team that brings intercultural learning experiences to life 🌐-helping students discover their passions, build life competencies, and become confident global citizens.

Job Responsibility:

  • Clean, analyse, and report on programme data using tools like Monday.com, Excel, PowerBI, and Qualtrics
  • Build a community of programme champions across regions and schools
  • Develop guides for hosting and group travel experiences
  • Collaborate with safeguarding teams to ensure student safety
  • Summarise workshop outcomes for global leadership teams
  • Manage virtual exchange systems to foster classroom connections
  • Coordinate Canva content migration and support digital asset management
  • Maintain programme databases and support strategic projects

Requirements:

  • Degree (teaching qualification a plus!)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Experience in educational programme or student exchange design
  • Project management and stakeholder collaboration experience
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or other languages a bonus!)
  • Proactive, organised, and tech-savvy
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
