The International Operations Coordinator, HVMB Operations & Quality (Fixed Term Contract) will support the continent operations team in partner support and onboarding, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. The role will primarily support onboarding efforts, performance improvement initiatives and systems access management.
Job Responsibility
Provide operational onboarding support to our Home Management Companies (HMC)
Support 45- 90- and 150-day check ins with newly onboarded HMCs
Support the workstream related to EID creation and subsequent system access as well as troubleshooting for existing HMCs
Support the workstream for home curations and track/forecast units added and target dates
Provide support to operations and account management to lift ITR performance at red zone HMCs
Provide support to account management to lift performance levels at HMCs
Maintain global market database for newly approved location entries
Monitors and responds/redirects questions generated by our partners through HVMB Trainer mailbox
Informs, updates, and provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person in a timely manner
Attends and participates in all relevant meetings
Presents ideas, expectations and information in a concise, organized manner, to include internal team report outs and global partner trainings
Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up
Maintains positive working relations with internal customers and department managers
Manages time effectively and conducts activities in an organized manner
Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
3-year degree from an accredited university/college in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management and 1 or more years experience in the business, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision
Attention to detail and highly organized
Expert project management and organizational skills with a service mindset
Nice to have
1+ years of experience in the residential home rental sector
