Job Description:

Control Management Specialist role focusing on implementing and overseeing First Line of Defense corporate risk program requirements for International Corporate & Investment Banking Control Team

Job Responsibility:

Participate in mitigating current and emerging risk exposures
Review and analyze basic business challenges
Develop and implement risk monitoring, risk reporting processes, and controls
Present recommendations for resolving complex situations
Provide support in interpretation of policy, guidelines, and governance programs
Collaborate with Control Management team and key stakeholders

Requirements:

Experience in Risk Management or Financial Services industry
Experience with developing and/or executing risk and control assessment programs
Knowledge of RCSA, process, purpose
Knowledge of products, services, applicable regulations for a Markets Business
Experience in operational risk reporting and escalation programs
Knowledge and experience in risk management practices
Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) concepts
Personal ability to understand and operate successfully in a matrixed corporate environment
Good communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
