Job Description

We are hiring an International Marketing Specialist to join a top retail company in Columbus, OH.This freelance role will run until end of Sept. 2026 with potential to extend and will be hybrid in their Columbus office

Job Responsibility

  • Support team in asset management for social media, influencer, public relations campaigns
  • Build and maintain accurate and up-to-date campaign content calendar and copy across platforms
  • Support social media campaigns development and asset creation from concept through execution and analysis phases
  • Support team with in-house photoshoot management including shot lists, prop planning, and execution
  • Support team in delivery process including collecting links and document fonts for all creative released to franchise partners
  • Support localized campaign launches
  • Coordinate with franchise partners to execute campaigns for social media, influencer and public relations
  • Research and vet creators and influencers for global campaigns
  • Support in monitoring social media, influencer and PR trends
  • Maintain franchise partner relationships for daily execution, strategy and targeting within the Facebook / Instagram/ Tik Tok organic campaigns
  • Responsible for set-up, organization and agenda of weekly vendor meetings
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including creative, merchandising and US brand partners to strategize, read and react to drive the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of Social Media experience in-house or at an agency, specifically: Interacting with Customers/Fans (Community Management)
  • Managing Social Media accounts for a Brand or client Experience
  • Developing and executing Social Media channel strategies and content
  • In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms and best practices (Organic)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong attention to detail
  • Strong team player and possess a positive, proactive attitude with great interpersonal skills
  • ability to brief senior leaders, foster relationships with external teams, and be solid support for immediate team members
  • Ability to think innovatively and creatively and change course as needed to achieve desired results
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects, work both independently and with a team
  • Results oriented, must be willing to take ownership of all assigned responsibilities and adhere to deadlines
  • Proficient in Mac, Word, Excel and Keynote/PowerPoint, with a working knowledge of Analytics and Monitoring tools, and Adobe Creative Suite
