Job Responsibility

  • Lead the global evolution of a specialized pharma pioneer
  • Act as strategic architect of legal schemes for international multi-center clinical trials
  • Draft and lead negotiations for licensing and joint development agreements
  • Execute critical legal due diligence for asset acquisitions
  • Act as key advisor by reporting legal risks to Board of Directors and Executive Committee

Requirements

  • Native English-speaking Legal Professional
  • Bar-admitted lawyer (US, UK, or other English-speaking jurisdictions)
  • 5yrs+ experience
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or strong desire to transition negotiation skills into life sciences sector
  • Pharmaceutical experience (GCP/PV regulations) preferred
