Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for a international legal counsel procurement at Randstad Budapest (GCC), hybrid, full-time

Job Responsibility

  • focusing on reviewing supplier contracts and acting as the focal point and primary legal business partner for global procurement on supplier contracting (IT/non-IT)
  • working with the global legal team to provide a broad range of legal advice across various areas of law
  • supporting projects for global legal, including the introduction of artificial intelligence and other technologies to support contract reviews, edits and negotiations
  • standardizing workflows and driving legal efficiency by maintaining and updating global supplier contract templates, contributing to the development of an internal knowledge warehouse and contract playbooks
  • raising the overall awareness and profile of the Randstad global legal team’s role in supporting business strategies and objectives
  • giving objective and accurate legal advice and taking decisions rooted in your own professionalism, free from the undue influence of other people and showing tenacity, integrity and fairness in dealing with others

Requirements

  • law degree or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience, preferably at a reputable law firm or multinational company
  • excellent working knowledge in contract law is a ‘must have’
  • an additional working knowledge in other areas of law (e.g. EU law, intellectual property law or IT law) a ‘nice to have’
  • good English language and contract drafting skills
  • European resident
