Job Responsibility:
Manage and develop relationships with international distributors across key markets
Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and stock levels to ensure strong commercial results
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify growth opportunities
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Identify and onboard new distribution partners where needed
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to support market success
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account records
Represent the business at international trade shows, distributor meetings, and customer visits
Requirements:
Experience managing international accounts or distributor networks in UK
Strong understanding of international sales processes and cross-border logistics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
