Make an outsized impact at a fast‑growing, vertically integrated interior‑finishes partner serving large multi‑family projects. At Frontier Door & Cabinet, we own the supply chain end‑to‑end to deliver scale, speed, and consistency across cabinets, millwork, doors, door hardware, bath hardware, and cabinet hardware.
Job Responsibility:
Source and manage a curated portfolio of overseas interior‑finishes manufacturers, keeping smart competition and backup options built into every line
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and terms that hit margin targets without sacrificing reliability or quality when it matters most
Place, track, and, when needed, expedite POs from production to delivery across multiple U.S. locations, keeping status live and accurate for the teams that rely on it
Own international logistics by booking ocean and air, coordinating with freight forwarders, and making sure customs, documents, and compliance stay frictionless
Protect quality by aligning specs, overseeing factory checks (directly or via third parties), and jumping on defects quickly so issues don’t reach the end customer
Partner closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting to anticipate demand, shape buys, and keep the network protected from stockouts
Continuously tighten the system by refining SOPs, dashboards, and early‑warning signals so risks surface quickly and shipments land on time, every time

Strong and reliable attendance on-site to drive collaboration and learn the business
Confident use of Excel plus hands‑on experience with purchasing and inventory management systems
Nice to have:
Direct experience sourcing from China, Mexico, India, and other key manufacturing regions for building materials, casework, or interior-finish products
Experience coordinating factory audits or third-party QC inspections
Familiarity with customs paperwork, import documentation, and basic compliance
Exposure to dock-scheduling platforms (e.g., Opendock or similar)
Spanish skills a plus, especially for partnering with teams and suppliers connected to our El Paso hub
