Job Description:

To serve as the central anchor for our international trade pipeline, ensuring 100% documentation accuracy and logistical synchronization between carriers, customs, and warehouse operations to prevent any delays in global supply chain.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate End-to-End Logistics: Manage the daily flow of import/export shipments, preparing critical documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs filings
  • Carrier & Deadline Management: Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers while strictly monitoring airline cut-off times to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
  • Warehouse & Dispatch Oversight: Oversee daily inbound/outbound staging and inventory flow, ensuring dispatch schedules are optimized for maximum efficiency
  • Traffic Troubleshooting: Monitor high-volume shipment schedules in real-time, proactively resolving logistical bottlenecks and reporting status updates to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in international import/export operations and global logistics
  • Proven background in warehousing and dispatching, including a strong understanding of various transportation modes and U.S. Customs procedures
  • Deep familiarity with managing multiple freight carriers and navigating strict airline logistics requirements
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume traffic without compromising detail
  • Strong understanding of various transportation modes and U.S. Customs procedures

Nice to have:

Previous experience working within a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) is strongly preferred. If they do not have this they MUST have very strong international import/export experience
