International HR Director

• Develop and lead all regional HR strategies
• including HR business partnering, operations, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefits, employee engagement
• Drive talent management and succession planning for senior leadership team, support performance appraisal exercises and enhance HR capabilities / people strategy
• Manage all alignment of global Compensation and Benefits structure
• Work closely with the C-Suites, business leaders and leadership team on people agenda and provide strategic HR guidance and support to the local HR teams globally
• Lead all regional HR reporting and data, utilizing HR metrics and ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and aligned with business objectives

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or relevant equivalent
• Minimum 15 years’ experience within an APAC or global position
• Experience within FMCG, retail (modern trade) or logistics industries preferred, with hands-on HR experience within high growth companies
• Proven ability to successfully manage HR teams in multiple sites globally across regions
• Possess strong leadership qualities and strategic business acumen with excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with employees across all levels
• Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations regionally across APAC including China and Japan
