Join us as International HR Advisor (m/f/d) in Madrid and become the trusted partner for our employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding. Job Responsibility:
First point of contact for a defined group of international employees on all HR-relevant and labour law topics
Support employees throughout the entire employee life cycle – from onboarding to offboarding – and ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of underlying processes
Manage all operational HR tasks (including the creation of international contract documents, references, certificates) and ensure reliable master data and document maintenance in our HRM system Personio
Responsible for preliminary payroll and advise employees on wage and social security matters in cooperation with local tax advisors
Responsible for managing the service provider agreements globally and being the point of contact for questions
Support our managers in conducting employee performance reviews, derive needs-oriented measures, and ensure their implementation
Contribute to HR controlling by providing evaluations and reports
Actively participate in HR projects (e.g., harmonisation and internationalisation of existing processes and guidelines, rollout of new HR concepts) and bring in ideas for optimisation
Requirements:
Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification – ideally with a focus on HR
HR generalist with experience in personnel administration and preliminary payroll
Comfortable working with numbers and understand payroll processes, even across different countries
Know-how in international HR administration or are eager to expand your expertise in this area
Strong communicator who can empathise with others and enjoys advising and supporting employees
Build trusting relationships with managers, represent the company’s interests confidently, and act as a reliable HR partner at all levels
Driven by success and passionate about optimising, harmonising, and sustainably establishing processes and structures
Flexible, committed, and dependable – especially when it comes to new projects and related HR topics
Native language is Spanish, and you are fluent in English
