Job Responsibility

  • Partner closely with Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineering to improve the quality and usability of customer data for growth use cases
  • Identify gaps in the current data stack and help create pragmatic workarounds where needed
  • Integrate LLMs and machine learning models into the CRM/Loyalty stack to automate hyper-personalization at scale
  • Build 'Test & Learn' workflows that allow the team to launch and iterate on regional pilots in days, not weeks
  • Own the logic for real-time content assembly, ensuring every user sees the most relevant offer based on their local context and behavior
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the traveler engagement and loyalty team, showing them how to leverage AI to solve regional growth bottlenecks

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working at the intersection of growth marketing, data engineering, and marketing technology (MarTech)
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI agents
  • Experience with SQL, BI tools, customer segmentation, predictive modeling, uplift modeling, or lifecycle marketing analytics
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Hightouch, and connecting them to AI layers
  • Ability to build automated workflows that bridge gaps between global tools and local needs
