Job Responsibility
Partner closely with Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineering to improve the quality and usability of customer data for growth use cases
Identify gaps in the current data stack and help create pragmatic workarounds where needed
Integrate LLMs and machine learning models into the CRM/Loyalty stack to automate hyper-personalization at scale
Build 'Test & Learn' workflows that allow the team to launch and iterate on regional pilots in days, not weeks
Own the logic for real-time content assembly, ensuring every user sees the most relevant offer based on their local context and behavior
Act as the subject matter expert for the traveler engagement and loyalty team, showing them how to leverage AI to solve regional growth bottlenecks
Requirements
5+ years of experience working at the intersection of growth marketing, data engineering, and marketing technology (MarTech)
Deep, hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI agents
Experience with SQL, BI tools, customer segmentation, predictive modeling, uplift modeling, or lifecycle marketing analytics
Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Hightouch, and connecting them to AI layers
Ability to build automated workflows that bridge gaps between global tools and local needs
