• Participating in four six-month rotations in various roles (e.g., Marketing, Engineering & Maintenance, Commercial, Crew Planning, Strategy, Procurement, Airline Operations, Innovation & Digitalisation)

• Recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree
• Passion for travel and tourism
• Strong leadership potential and a desire to drive positive change
• International mobility between our office locations (Hanover, Luton, Dublin, Rijswijk, Oostende, Palma)
• English language skills to business standard, additional European language skills will be advantageous
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
