Job Description:

Join TUI's International Graduate Programme, a two-year journey offering professional growth, personal development, and international exposure through four six-month rotations in various areas such as Marketing, Engineering & Maintenance, and Airline Operations.

Job Responsibility:

Make a tangible impact on our business during each rotation
Work in different TUI locations
Build a network of like-minded individuals and industry professionals

Requirements:

Recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree
Passion for travel and tourism
Strong leadership potential and a desire to drive positive change
International mobility between our office locations (Hanover, Luton, Dublin, Rijswijk, Oostende, Palma)
English language skills to business standard, additional European language skills will be advantageous
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
