The International Expansion Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying new market expansion opportunities, strengthening our distribution in existing territories and forging partnerships that elevate our brand globally. Working cross-functionally with regional teams, global and local marketing, account teams and finance. This role will provide the leadership team with detailed expansion recommendations and partner cross functional on the delivery of these to broaden the presence of our brands across the right international markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyses market data and generates key insights to identify, asses and prioritise expansion opportunities in both existing and new international markets to drive revenue growth
  • Owns the commercial sizing and prioritisation of opportunities
  • Engages the global leadership team on expansion opportunities and gains approval to progress
  • Clearly articulates the opportunities and challenges of different market entry approaches and partners to drive decisions
  • Builds and nurtures strong external relationships with key international retail partners and distributors
  • Develops and executes tailored go to market strategies that are aligned with global brand positioning and local consumer trends
  • Conducts competitive analysis and monitor beauty trends to inform strategic decision making and market intelligence
  • Supports initial negotiations with international partners to secure favorable terms and long-term collaborations / contracts
  • Ensures all international activities comply with local laws, trade regulations and industry standards
  • Track KPIs, prepare commercial forecasts, and presents growth strategies to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international business development
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics, cultural nuances and consumer behaviour
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong external partnerships
  • Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies across multiple international markets
  • Track record of identifying, evaluating, and delivering successful new market or retailer entries
  • Understanding of international trade dynamics, competitive landscapes and go-to-market strategies

Nice to have:

  • Experience launching beauty products in international retail or e-commerce channels
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments in key regions (e.g., EU, Middle East, Asia-Pacific)
