Job Responsibility

  • Support Doctolib’s penetration in new countries and the launch of its services in new jurisdictions
  • Analyze local rules (healthcare, data protection and digital laws), anticipate and assess new legal risks, and develop recommendations and compliance plans
  • Support and advise internal teams driving international expansion projects
  • Build the appropriate legal framework for entering a new country
  • Implement the legal localization of Doctolib’s activities
  • Collaborate with foreign legal counsels and liaise with local regulatory authorities
  • Contribute to building reference documentation to guide internationalization projects

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (M2) in English law
  • Law degree in French law or from another EU member country
  • Legal education in digital law and personal data protection (mandatory)
  • Past work experience (law firm or in-house) in the UK or an EU country
  • Clear communication in spoken and written English (and ideally also in French)
