Job Description

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Germany as Relationship Manager Assistant. You will assist the Head of the International Desk of CREDIT AGRICOLE CIB for Germany and Switzerland located in Frankfurt (Germany). You will report to the Head of the International Office, who will define the scope and content of your tasks and oversee their execution. Occasionally, there might be some business trips in France or the covered area.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide clients with information on banking practices, services, and legal/tax/commercial practices in Germany and Switzerland through CA group networks and partner
  • Support daily operations (account opening, credit facilities, cash management, debt collection) and facilitate contacts with trade support institutions
  • Ensure trilingual communication (French/German/English), client document management, and monthly reporting to Paris
  • Day-to-day relationship with the CA-group and their customers, as well as with partner banks, Business France and any other partner or service providers in the region
  • Ensure the interim of the Head of International Desk, in cooperation with PAI Head Office in Paris for any issue above her/his competence

Requirements

  • Be less than 28 years old
  • Be graduated of Master Degree
  • Be EU citizen (except German)
  • Postgraduate of a Master Degree from an University, Business or Engineering School with a specialization in Finance
  • First banking experience in Front/Middle or Back office ideally in the sector of Small and Medium Enterprises as well as Mid-Caps
  • Or an experience in the field of international commerce with the current practice of relationships with SME and Mid-Caps
  • Knowledge of the banking sector
