We are looking for experienced and customer-focused International Customer Support Executives to handle calls/chats/emails from international customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound/outbound international customer interactions professionally
Understand customer concerns, resolve queries, and provide accurate information
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately
Follow process guidelines, scripts, and compliance standards
Achieve performance targets related to quality, productivity, and response time
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in International Voice / Customer Support / BPO Process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
