Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or cross-channel campaign management, ideally within a global or highly matrixed organization
  • Proven experience managing CRM in at least two distinct global regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
  • Ability to use AI for insight generation, prototyping new ideas, and accelerating output
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret test results and form new hypotheses and learning agendas
