Job Description

We are currently looking for an International Corporate Recruiter based in the Netherlands to help find our next tech sales superheroes. Good candidates are scarce, and the search can be demanding and challenging. As Corporate Recruiter you know exactly how to reach the right audience on the German market and internationally. You will be working closely with your colleague in the recruitment team on the expansion of Aexus. You will be involved in 360° recruitment cycles, and you know the right channels to use in order to reach the best candidates.

Requirements

  • A completed Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 – 3 years professional experience in a similar position
  • High proficiency in English and preferably German, spoken and written
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • You are result-oriented, independent, enjoy taking responsibility and showing initiative
  • You are a creative thinker
