Job Responsibility:
Assist with relationship loans, cash management RFPs, trade finance facilities
Execute small research projects
Research to support strategic decision making
Prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings
Collaborate with senior management to implement research findings
Interact with global clients and support in deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
Participate in training and development programmes
Identify opportunities and develop business cases
Manage the deployment and launch of new products and services
Manage client relationships and provide customer service support
Manage the development and implementation of financial models and strategies
Partner with other functions and business areas
Take responsibility for end results of a team’s operational processing and activities
Escalate breaches of policies / procedures
Take responsibility for embedding new policies/ procedures
Advise and influence decision making within own area of expertise
Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls
Maintain and continually build an understanding of own sub-function and the organisation’s products
Demonstrate understanding of how areas coordinate to achieve objectives

Requirements:
Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate
Degree or expected degree in any area
