Controlling Accelaration Program. As a member of the Accelaration Program you will be within the Controlling departments in BMW Group, both on Cars and Motorcycles, where you will perform activities that will make an impact in our business. Requirements:

  • 4+ months of international experience (e.g., studies, practical experience, work & travel)
  • Fluent business English
  • A sharp intellect

  • Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and willingness to build leadership skills
  • Readiness for an international career
