Job Description:

Meta is seeking a Compensation Analyst with analytical and operational experience to scale and manage our international compensation programs as well as supporting our regional business partners. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a key role in the execution of strategic compensation programs that promote market competitiveness to attract and retain talent while aligning with compensation philosophy. You will be influential in the implementation of compensation programs, communications and training, and compensation tools. This full-time position will require time flexibility to interact with our global teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to detect beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor program health, data integrity, and business outcomes
  • Work with large datasets and leverage advanced analytics tools (including AI-powered solutions) to streamline processes and deliver actionable insights
  • Support the planning and execution of our programs, while juggling multiple workstreams and competing priorities
  • Support a collaborative working relationship with cross functional teams (Compensation Business Partners, Engineering team, HRIS, etc.) and regional teams to identify opportunities and support business needs
  • Support compensation program implementation, change management and measurement of program success
  • Leverage project management skills to track progress, update execution plans and key deliverables

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in compensation, finance, consulting, investment banking, or a similarly applicable field
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)
  • Experience of prioritizing your workload effectively, successfully managing your time and stakeholders, to achieve your goals
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization
  • BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, HR, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting compensation or total rewards programs in a large, global organization
  • Knowledge of market benchmarking, job architecture, and compensation best practices
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, or building AI solutions for compensation processes
  • Project Management Experience, Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards using BI Tools like Tableau, PowerBI or other similar data visualization tools
