Job Description

iCapital is looking to hire a Client Solutions Analyst to join the International Client Solutions team with a focus on Latin America (LATAM). This individual will contribute to the development of new and existing prospects and relationships to support the growth and execution of the LATAM business. The role will focus on maintaining and expanding relationships primarily with banks, independent broker dealers, family offices and small institutions across LATAM that are interested in expanding their exposure to alternative investments. This individual will also work extensively with partners in the region which include Unicorn Strategic Partners and Lynk Markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the lead coverage team and Unicorn with pitching and onboarding new businesses, including the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RPFs) and presentation of platform demonstrations
  • Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams and Unicorn to ensure new clients and advisors are properly trained to use the platform and are provided with adequate hands-on support during their first trades
  • Assist in development and rollout of Lynk ETNs as an alternative access point to alternative investments in the region
  • Respond suitably to inbound inquiries, vet opportunities
  • Develop presentations and analysis for internal and external meetings and projects
  • Build strong internal relationships within iCapital and work closely with other teams (Research and Fund Management, Product Development, Enterprise Integration Group, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance, Technology, Operations, etc.) to achieve the best client outcomes and successful long-term client relationships
  • Communicate feedback from clients and prospects within the organization to improve delivery of solutions and the overall client experience and enhance competitiveness
  • Assist in the preparation of senior management and board reporting

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a business development or relationship management capacity
  • Fluent in Spanish is a requirement
  • Knowledge of the alternative investments industry and key stakeholders (Admins, Transfer Agents, and Custodians)
  • Adequate exposure to private markets and/or hedge fund asset classes and knowledge of private wealth distribution channels is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic mindset and able to work independently
  • Excellent project management skills, well organized and a highly collaborative strategic thinker
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Salesforce skills
  • Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients
