Job Description:

Bayswater Toronto is a private, ESL school located at North York Centre station. In addition to ESL classes, we offer professional certificate courses in international business management, digital marketing, project management, and customer experience management. We are currently looking for a international business management instructor to teach from March 9, 2026 to April 3, 2026 with more sessions later in the year.

Job Responsibility:

  • Teach an in-person, four-week international business management course from 9 am – 12:15 pm, Monday – Friday
  • Deliver classes on introductory international business management topics. (international trade, logistics, financial management, managerial styles, organizational culture, etc.)
  • Help groups of 12-15 international students develop skills in business management and English language communication
  • Use a SMART board and present digital curriculum
  • Administer and assess weekly quizzes
  • Design, monitor, and assess a real-world project
  • Host guest speakers and connect lectures to class material
  • Lead external visits to business offices
  • Complete attendance and administer course learning management system
  • Submit timesheets and follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook

Requirements:

  • TESL diploma recognized by Languages Canada (TESL Canada Level 1, TESL Ontario, CELTA, or equivalent)
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment and collaborate with others
  • Ability to use technology in and out of the classroom (SMART board, MS Office, LMS, etc.)
  • Creative lesson content and design
