The International Business Development Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management and growth of our brand portfolio within the assigned markets. This role focuses on optimizing current distribution partnerships while aggressively identifying new business opportunities to increase market share and brand equity in these high-potential regions.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement multi-year growth plans for the assigned regions, aligning with the global export strategy
Partner with regional marketing teams to adapt global campaigns for local relevance, ensuring consistent brand positioning in diverse cultural landscapes
Lead annual contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and trade investment allocations to maximize profitability
Work closely with the logistics and regulatory teams to ensure product compliance and seamless stock flow across international borders
Monitor competitor activity and consumer trends in the region to pivot strategies as needed
Requirements:
5-7 years in International Business Development or Export Sales within the FMCG industry
Prior experience in handling the Middle East region is an added advantage
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze complex P&L data and market trends
Bachelor Degree
