We are looking for International sales - Deputy/Assistant Business Development for Hyderabad road no 45 jubilee hills. Industry : Nutraceutical & Herbal wellness
Job Responsibility:
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic expansion initiatives and expand the company’s customer base in the pharma/nutraceutical sector through opportunity mapping, lead conversion, and strong customer relationship management
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the Nutraceutical and Personal Care segments
Drive the full sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and long-term account management
Build and expand portfolio across global geographies
Actively pursue opportunities in health supplements, beauty-from-within, and topical personal care and pet care
Manage key accounts with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business
Present ingredient science, clinical data, and product benefits to clients with clarity and confidence
Be the primary liaison between internal teams (regulatory, supply chain, R&D) and customers
Track trends in the Nutra and personal care industries — formulations, claims, consumer demands, and competition
Identify new product development opportunities and collaborate with the R&D and marketing teams
Contribute to go-to-market strategies, pricing recommendations, and category-specific insights
Coordinate with marketing teams for trade shows, webinars, customer presentations and product launches
Ensure accurate forecasting and smooth execution with supply chain and operations
Requirements:
4–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the Nutraceutical / Functional Foods / Ingredients industry (mandatory)
Experience working with brand owners, contract manufacturers, formulators, or ingredient suppliers
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills — able to explain science, clinical studies, and benefits in a simple, compelling way
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Capability to handle high-value clients and manage global accounts
Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving approach
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
High ownership, professionalism, and accountability
